Is the Individual plan really free?
Yes — for one property, the core agreement, verification and collection tools are free. We built it that way because most owners only ever manage one or two homes.
What if I have one home and one shop?
That's 2 properties across any mix of home/shop/warehouse — Owner Plus covers it.
How is a society priced differently?
Societies are priced per flat rather than per property owner, since one RWA account manages many residents. Talk to us for a quote based on your society's size.
Can I upgrade later if I buy a second property?
Yes, upgrades are instant and pro-rated — your existing agreements and history carry over.
