A reserved bed triggers the full digital flow: Aadhaar-based e-KYC verifies identity in minutes, a legally valid rent agreement is generated and e-signed inside the app, and tenant records are filed to online police verification portals in supported states — Haryana, UP, Rajasthan and Delhi among them. Payment links stay locked until the onboarding checklist is complete, so nobody moves in half-verified.

UPI-native rent collection

Each tenant's monthly ledger generates its own dynamic UPI QR. Scan from any UPI app → instant settlement → automatic reconciliation → receipt on WhatsApp and SMS. Late fees apply themselves. Cards and wallets work through a standard gateway at 1.8% + GST, shown transparently before checkout — no surprise deductions.

03 · Utilities & billing

Consumption-based splitting

Link sub-meters and the engine divides the main bill by real usage — the resident's share equals the total bill times their units over everyone's units. Supports multiple agreements per tenant, bed-level lease terms, automated TDS on invoices, and food/mess charges on the same bill.

Geotagged tickets

Tenants report plumbing or electrical issues with photos. Tickets route through New → In Progress → Resolved, and resolution time becomes a staff KPI you can actually see.
